UK Delivery

Delivery to all addresses in the UK is free for orders over £30 (and greetings cards).  For orders below £30, we charge only £3.50.

Our orders despatch within 2 working days with the exception of individually hand printed items which can take up to 3 working days to be despatched (see individual products to confirm despatch timescales).

 Please note,

· your order will normally be delivered by Evri standard delivery service (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

· if you order on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process your order the next working day.

· delivery to some UK postcodes can take a little longer (but if you live in one of these postcode areas, you are probably used to that!).

· during busy periods, our delivery times can increase.

 Delivery Outside the UK

 For a small charge we will deliver your order anywhere in the world,

 We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly but some things are out of our control – like strict customs or mail workers on a siesta.

Shipping to Europe is charged at a rate of £7.50 and is tracked- delivery 5-7 days

For USA, delivery is at one low shipping rate of £15, and is tracked – delivery 5-10 days

And for the rest of the world, we only charge £15, no matter the size of the order, and is tracked – delivery 10-14 days

Please note,     

o   your order will be delivered by your local courier service.

o   we will do our best to achieve the delivery timescales quoted, but please do allow up to 21 days for your parcel to be delivered.

o   You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the costs might be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country

NB.  Our deliveries to the EU may currently take longer than the timescales shown due to additional checks following Brexit.  This is out with our control.
